Order processing

Orders are dispatched within three working days. During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided with your order.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery costs £3.

Orders are usually sent using Royal Mail, although we may use Evri, Yodel or another suitable delivery service depending on the order and destination.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or it arrives damaged, please email skincarebootique@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will look into the problem and help put it right.

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

International delivery

We may be able to send some orders outside the UK. Please contact us at skincarebootique@gmail.com before ordering to confirm whether delivery is available and obtain a delivery price.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applied in the destination country.
