This website is operated by S M Farr and M L Hubbard, trading in partnership as skincareBOOtique, from Lower Varchoel Farm, Guilsfield, Welshpool, Powys, SY21 9LP, United Kingdom.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell our products.
These terms apply to consumer purchases made through our online store. Workshops and wholesale orders are arranged separately and may be subject to additional terms agreed at the time.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, prices and images are accurate.
Because our products are handmade, their appearance, colour, scent or finish may vary slightly between batches. These natural variations do not affect the intended quality or use of the product.
Product images are provided for illustration. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling.
Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout and before payment is completed.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and the payment method selected during checkout.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched and delivered according to our Delivery / Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, please contact us so we can investigate.
Cancellations, Refunds and Replacements
Your rights to cancel an online order and request a refund or replacement are explained in our Refund Policy.
Our customer satisfaction promise is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
